Sending Images

An upload link will appear on completion of order

Once you have submitted your order you are directed to a link to upload your images. Click on the upload button and you will see a box with a browse button next to it to select your image. If you have multiple images to send, click on ‘add another file’. You can upload up to 5 images at once (then repeat the process if more than 5). Please enter your order number in the subject box but do not put any image notes. Any notes relating to the image need to go in the comments box when you are placing your order as this is tracked from start to finish.

Please save your images as maximum resolution jpeg’s with an srgb profile. If you want your image to wrap around the frame then add an extra 2” on each edge for a deep frame and 1.25” for a narrow frame. For example the full image size for a 16x20” wrap would be 20x24”. If the image is to be printed to the face only, size it to the exact frame size and add a note in the order comments box (ie image to face only, add white sides/black sides/sample sky colour for sides etc.)

We can send account customers a disk of photoshop templates for all sizes on request. These show total image area with guidelines indicating the wrap area

If necessary we will enlarge your image using ‘Genuine Fractals’. Please ensure it is correctly proportioned.

If you need to re-send an image for any reason then you can use this link. You also need to send a confirmation email to info [@] procanvas.co.uk if you resubmit an image.

If individual images are over 50MB, it is preferable to post a CD (with your name and order number) to the following address:
